The Venetian Resort Las Vegas welcomes two Mediterranean restaurants by world-renowned chef Eyal Shani. Miznon opens in late 2022 and HaSalon debuts in early 2023.

Each Ibiza, New York and Miami location of HaSalon features an interactive kitchen, menu full of fresh ingredients and transformative dining rooms. Chief Content Officer of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, Michael Gruber says, “Dinner at HaSalon goes beyond the meal. It creates a memorable celebration and energy that exists well past the incredible dinner, which is exactly what we're looking to deliver our guests.”
HaSalon at The Venetian entrees and appetizers with wineMiznon is a fast-casual eatery famous for a one-of-a-kind take on pita. Miznon currently has six locations across the United States and is now coming to Las Vegas. Chef Eyal Shani says, “I’m fascinated to bring HaSalon and Miznon to Las Vegas...
