A partner at KRE Capital LLC, a private Beverly Hills, CA-based equity firm, Vaknin oversees the firms’ largest investment—a $450 million portfolio of Las Vegas condominiums purchased in 2013 with Dune Real Estate Partners. Under Vaknin’s leadership, Spanish Palms sold out in less than two years, The Ogden has fewer than 40 remaining residences; Juhl is actively at market; and One Las Vegas was one of the city’s top-selling condo communities in 2018. A turn-around specialist and gifted marketer with years of industry experience as both a top broker and brilliant strategist, Vaknin now makes Las Vegas his home where he has become a respected voice for development, the arts, and Downtown.
