Yet another thing to love about Vegas: For a really, really long time, we’ve been living by the same rules that only recently went viral on Instagram (courtesy of @BethRader). Namely:
“How to #DressLikeAWoman:
Step 1: Be a woman
Step 2. Put on whatever clothes you damn well please
Congratulations, you did it.”
Feel like showing up in a caftan and reenacting a midcentury Slim Aarons photo? Be our guest! More into squeezing yourself into a sequined sausage casing and fierce, 7-inch Louboutins? Or rockabilly hipster pin-up? We love it all! Or are you anti-glam but pro rock climbing gear? We’ve got that, too. Summiting mountains dressed as women!
Wearing a zebra onesie to Starbucks: So Vegas!
This girl, in Tamil Nadu, has a mom empowering her through skateboarding.
A little reminder, by artist Tauba Auerbach.
Just a few Aikido black belts, dressed as women.
We leave you with this.
