Cocktails billow with smoke as decadent plates swimming with Maine lobster and oysters pass by. Sizzling wagyu steaks are amplified with caviar enhancements—a delicacy also found topping tuna tartare-filled cones. A live DJ sets the mood as you take in the incredible 15,000-square-foot space featuring six distinct gathering spaces. That’s the experience that awaits the posh patrons stepping away from the Strip and into the splendor of The Guest House.
Located at Town Square Las Vegas, the bustling restaurant, bar and lounge immerses guests in progressive American cuisine by corporate executive chef Todd Mark Miller in a setting only RDM Hospitality can offer. “With The Guest House Las Vegas, we’re bringing something extremely special and deeply personal to the community—a beautiful environment that fosters excitement, inspires connection and becomes a true gathering spot for all,” says owner Raj Kumar. Following the opening of The Guest House’s Austin, Texas, location in spring 2024, its Vegas outpost is the result of a $9-million custom-build, a collaboration between principal designer Nicole Herman of Scottsdale’s Social Design Studio and Harris Construction.

“Our goal is to appeal to the current mood of our guests,” says Kumar. “Our comprehensive space offers a true integration of touch and scent, truly making an impression.” That impression begins with where you choose to sip or dine. Options include The Atrium—the main dining room illuminated by 100-year-old crystal Egyptian chandeliers sourced from France—The Parlor, The Bar, The Wine Cellar, The Patio Garden and a private event space.
No matter where you sit, chef Miller—an alum of STK who’s rubbed elbows with chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Nobu Matsuhisa—is ready to delight. Highlights from his curated menu include a beloved wagyu burger and signature buttermilk chicken tenders. “For The Guest House Vegas, I will also introduce dishes such as my signature foie gras French toast, a warm seafood tower, colossal prawns and an array of wagyu cuts paired with fresh-shaved truffle as a tableside service add-on,” reveals the chef.

Dinner will be served nightly, but since this is Las Vegas, expect the soundtrack of your visit to have a distinct and intentional vibe. “The Guest House is built like a true nightlife lounge, but with music that is actually engineered for conversation,” notes Kumar. “Specific room acoustics were designed carefully through top-of-the-line technology to absorb sound.
From its over-the-top presentations to its sensory dining spaces, a culinary and social experience unlike any other beckons. Go ahead, be their guest.
