Getting plant-based food in Las Vegas is about to be a breeze thanks to Chef Tal Ronnen, who is set to bring his famous Los Angeles restaurant Crossroads to town .
In the spring, Resorts World Las Vegas will debut two new restaurants from Ronnen: the first Crossroads outside of Southern California and his newest creation for quick casual meals, CB | Crossroads Burgers.
“As we expand our dining portfolio, we continue to seek unique concepts that can appeal to food lovers and culinary novices alike, and Crossroads does just that,” said Bart Mahoney, vice president of food and beverage at Resorts World Las Vegas. “We are thrilled to be working with Chef Tal and his talented team to offer an approachable yet refined take on plant-based cuisine to our guests and visitors."
The Crossroads restaurant has an upscale, inviting feeling and guarantees a good time with a number of new signature Las Vegas dishes. Guests can expect beet tartare, stuffed zucchini blossoms, fettuccine and truffles and tagliatelle bolognese.
What's more, like in Los Angeles, Tonnen is redefining the plant-based culinary landscape for an entirely new region. Strict vegans and non-restricted eaters alike will happily indulge over his fantastic dishes.
Meanwhile, The CB | Crossroads Burger will offer guests the same delicious flavors, but in a more fast-paced setting. This menu features burgers, milkshakes, fries and house-made sausages and can be for take-out or enjoyed in the more laid-back restaurant.
“My intention with CB |Crossroads Burgers is to create a space for accessible yet elevated plant-based cuisine within the lively atmosphere of Resort World Las Vegas,” said Ronnen.
This all would not be possible without the help of executive chef Paul Zlatos, who is working alongside him on the team to bring the plant-based restaurants to Las Vegas.
“Chef Paul Zlatos and I are thrilled to return to Las Vegas where we first met 11 years ago adding plant-based options to the Strip,” said Ronnen.
