It’s summertime and we’re diving in at our favorite seafood restaurants. Here are the greatest in Sin City.
Lakeside’s chile-rubbed charred octopus
The only thing better than the fresh catch on your plate is the view at Lakeside, Wynn’s prized seafood spot. While fish dishes are not sourced locally from the Lake of Dreams, this restaurant is the ultimate seafood haven; the Lakeside shellfish plateau, domestic white sturgeon caviar and Maine lobster bake are a few of Wynn’s recommendations. Salty and tasty shared plates, like the oven-roasted lobster and king crab, are making waves with diners of all palates. 702.770.3310,wynnlasvegas.com
Specializing in all things fish-related, CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino brings the whole sea to the Sin City scene. Pescatarians will be pleasantly surprised by how many options they can indulge in, whether it be truffle sashimi, the tartare trio or the seafood tower. The Catch Roll is a signature for a reason as diners can’t get enough of the creation featuring crab, salmon and miso honey in a hand or cut roll. Save room for dessert—this celebrity hot spot’s Hit Me chocolate cake generates hearts on Instagram and in eyes. 702.590.5757, aria.com/catch
There are plenty of fish in the sea—and on your plate—at Estiatorio Milos at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Whether feasting your eyes on the Milos superior cured fish platter of salmon, avgotaraho and eel or indulging in the chef’s tasting of raw fish, this spot is the ultimate catch. Chef Costas Spiliadis recommends pairing every decadent fish dish with Parparoussis Winery’s Sideritis, a crisp white wine crafted by oenologist Athanassios Parparoussis. We’ll toast to that! 702.414.1270, venetianlasvegas.com
Never say no to seafood, especially when it’s from Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab. With its specialty in its name, this nationally recognized seafood den plates endless stone crab daily— served with Joe’s famous mustard sauce. End the experience with a slice of Joe’s decadent Key lime pie, crusted with graham cracker and topped with whipped cream. 702.792.9222, joes.net

Grilled octopus served with a scallion-kimchi pancake, spring onion, vinaigrette and chrysanthemum from Bellagio’s Michael Mina.
Diners can expect nothing less than excellence from world-renowned chef Michael Mina, who curates an unmatched and award-winning seafood experience at his namesake restaurant at the Bellagio. Mina specializes in reimagining traditional dishes, weather it be his creative take on ahi tuna tartare or lobster pot pie, but the star of the show is the chef’s beloved caviar parfait—a soft potato croquette layered with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and Imperial Osetra caviar. Golden Osetra, Russian Osetra and Kaluga caviars are also on offer and can be enjoyed alone or as a decadent trio. 866.259.7111, bellagio.mgmresorts.com
Good things come in threes, especially when it comes to Nobu’s restaurant trifecta in Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace, Paris Las Vegas and Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Awardwinning Japanese dishes— whether it be the famous spicy tuna crispy rice, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno or black cod dry miso—come courtesy of founding chef Nobu Matsuhisa. On Friday and Saturday evenings, guests can partake in the teppanyaki tasting menu, treating adventurous diners to a plethora of fishes and sauces. Multiple locations, noburestaurants.com
