Is This the Most Instagrammable Doughnut in Las Vegas?

When people think of doughnuts, the word “couture” is not generally the first thing that comes to mind. But that’s exactly what the people behind new doughnut patisserie Saint Honoré are looking to change.
Married couples Lin and Steve Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes and Michael Santos are the masterminds behind the social mediafriendly Cafe Lola, and they’re bringing the same mix of Instagrammable aesthetics and refined culinary options to doughnuts with Saint Honoré. “We see this more as if Louis Vuitton had a doughnut shop,” Steve Jerome says.
“The way we’re doing the doughnuts is kind of reimagining classic pastries,” he adds. That means that Saint Honoré’s couture doughnut line features versions of dessert favorites like tiramisu, napoleon and the bakery’s namesake cake (a Parisian staple) adapted into doughnuts. They’ll also be serving equally elaborate milkshakes, as well as beignets, a favorite from Lin Jerome’s childhood summers in New Orleans.
“We looked and looked and looked, and literally nowhere in the world have we found anything that’s similar,” Lourdes says. With Lourdes and Lin Jerome’s backgrounds in marketing, and their husbands’ experience in restaurant management, Saint Honoré is a perfect melding of styles. Or, as Lin Jerome puts it, “It’s a nice marriage, literally.” 9460 W. Flamingo Road, Ste. 115, 702-840-3361, ilovesainthonore.com
