Located at Wynn Las Vegas, its New Year’s Eve prix fixe menu offers an optional wine pairing hand-picked by its sommelier with seatings between 6 and 11 p.m. The dinner will begin with Riley's Rows sauvignon blanc and a tuna and caviar dish, followed by Maine lobster ravioli served with Domaine de Montvac Gigondas. Then, Domaine Georges Pauchon sancerre will be paired with an Australian rack of lamb with Brussels sprouts, butternut squash puree and cherry potato rösti, while the Cross Creek Ranch New York striploin will be complemented by Renato Ratti Marcenasco Barolo. This fine dining Japanese restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Tetsuya Wakuda and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group will offer both its standard menu and a special prix fixe menu for New Year’s Eve. Located in The Palazzo lobby at The Venetian Resort, Wakuda will offer seatings from 5 to 10 p.m. Its tasting menu features eight courses of dishes, including lobster and uni ceviche, crispy quail, steamed seabass with sesame ginger soy and more. Its terrace experience opens when dinner seatings end and requires a separate booking.
