Venture off the Strip to discover Zio’s, a new contemporary Italian steakhouse by TableOne Hospitality inside the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. Enter the glittering dining room—designed by Art.Is.Zen and LUCID by Highgate—to discover executive chef Carlos Garcia’s thoughtful menu that draws upon his nearly three decades of cooking in kitchens across Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Order a cocktail—like the Badda Bing! featuring Patrón Silver tequila—or a glass of wine sourced from Tuscany, Veneto or Sicily. Then, indulge in chef Garcia’s elegant cuisine. Highlights include the truffle arancini with crispy risotto and truffle mozzarella, a 20-layer lasagna Bolognese featuring housemade pasta, and decadent cuts of steak, including a 14-ounce USDA prime New York strip. Whatever you order—come hungry!

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ dining scene is about to get spicier with the arrival of Amaya Modern Mexican, a Tulum-inspired restauarant by Michelin-starred chef Jason McLeod. Opening in early 2025, the space will be designed by Peter Max Bowden, and his talented team at Petermax Co., and will capture the exotic Yucatán Peninsula with tropical flora across the main dining room, bar and lounge. Start the party with a tequila-spiked Pantalones Paloma or mezcal-mixed Birds of Paradise before diving into a fiery fajita board, two-pound whole lobster or slow-cooked birria short rib. Live DJs will bring the heat as you venture through a flavor fiesta.

Award-winning chef José Andrés’ beloved Bazaar Meat restaurant is on the move. In 2025, the meat-centric hot spot will leave its current address at SAHARA Las Vegas to join The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. “Every time I’m there at Bazaar Meat, it feels like a celebration! One with the best meats, ingredients, amazing wines and, of course, amazing people like you!” says Andrés. “Bazaar Meat redefined the steakhouse when we first opened in Las Vegas,” adds José Andrés Group CEO Sam Bakhshandehpour. “Now is the time to start an exciting new chapter with our partners at The Venetian.” The steakhouse, with a twist, will continue its reign as a renowned destination for premium proteins served in theatrical style. Let the show begin.
Your favorite culinary and mixology stars from popular Netflix shows will bring their cuisine from the screen to your table at Netflix Bites Vegas, a one-year dining residency at MGM Grand. Debuting in early 2025, fans and foodies can indulge across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The opening follows the first Netflix Bites pop-up in Los Angeles, where chefs Curtis Stone, Dominique Crenn and Andrew Zimmern, among others, showcased their flavorful food in unique tasting menus. While menu and design details remain under wraps, the restaurant is sure to be a hit—the L.A. version became the most-searched restaurant in the region with reservations booked six weeks out.
