Wynn Las Vegas launches a series of extravagant wine pairing and dining experiences this fall in partnership with the famed Napa Valley Domain H. William Harlan this fall. $10,000 seats at these super exclusive events are available to only 20 guests at a time.

The luxury experiences include an overnight stay in a private Wynn Suite and feature various fine labels from Harlan Estate's long honored wineries including Bond, Promontory and Harlan Estate. The acclaimed chefs of Wynn's international locations curate menus for these opulent dining and wine pairing experiences fit for royalty.
On Sept. 10 chef Mark LoRusso from SW Steakhouse prepares a six-course dinner inspired by the Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Harlan Estate accompanied with vintage wine pairings for each course. The dishes served include a seafood appetizer, a sheep milk ricotta stuffed ravioli with shaved parmesan and white truffle, pain de mie-wild turbot on braised leeks with beurre rouge wine sauce, boneless quail complimented with wild mushrooms, Japanese kobe beef with black truffle potato whip and Speculoos blackberry and plum tart with vanilla cream.

With flutes of Krug Champagne upon arrival, prepare to be carried away for this multi-course opulent dining experience and wine pairing on Oct. 15 with the managing director of winegrowing from Domain H. William Harlan and Wynn executive chef Joshua Smith. Wines of "Grand Cru" quality are sourced carefully from selected hillside estates in Napa Valley, Calif. Delicious courses from the classical French trained chef of Delilah at Wynn Las Vegas and formerly of Bardot Brasserie Josh Smith carry the dining experience to new heights.
Dom Pèrignon floats about the reception before guests are whisked away for the dinner and wine pairing experience on Nov. 12 led by Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas executive chef, Min Kim along with the owner and managing director of Domain H. Harlan himself, William Harlan. Experience the authentic Japanese flavors, dishes and preparations from the globally trained chef while sipping Promontory blends sourced for a secluded territory of Napa Valley, Calif. influenced by volcanic minerals, cool fog and the surrounding native forests.
