Sky Las Vegas is very special in that it presents a unique opportunity to own Las Vegas BLVD strip property at a far more affordable value as compared to other luxury high rise buildings (Waldorf, Veer). In the surrounding areas, there are plenty of new and exciting developments coming to fruition.

Sky Las Vegas is undergoing several updates and upgrades as of now. These include:
A new pool area, decking and surrounding water features as well as seating areas and fire pits, for an overall more luxurious and improved aesthetic. These upgrades include details in the valet area, to be enhanced with water features, that is seen from the initial entry. It is expected that we should see completion on these features by Summer 2020. Inside, the building is thrilled to be benefiting from new stylish carpeting throughout the entire building, featuring a luxurious, contemporary look, and new tiled elevator landings. The central lobby and elevator vestibules will boast crisp new paint, and there will likely be other upgrades to the building which have not yet been scheduled.
