Reopened and revamped, these magnificent Las Vegas spreads are ready to satisfy cravings.

1. Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace

Experience the award-winning fare of Caesars Palace’s Bacchanal Buffet, which recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation thanks to its original designer Tetsuo Aoyagi. Nearly 100 new dishes across nine interactive kitchens plus roaming dim sum-style food carts await gourmands. Sean McBurney, regional vice president of Caesars Entertainment, says it best: “I could talk for days about how spectacular this buffet is, but we’re going to let the food do the talking.” 702.731.7928, caesars.com

2. The Buffet at Bellagio

A brunch experience like no other begins at Bellagio. Open from 7AM to 3PM daily, The Buffet invites foodies to indulge in omelets, a variety of eggs Benedict iterations and fried chicken and waffles. If heartier selections are your desire, Alaskan king crab, Hong Kong barbecue buns plus a carving station with marinated flank steak and St. Louis-style ribs are on offer. End things on a sweet note at the personalized gelato stand or load up on fresh pastries. 702.693.7111, bellagio.mgmresorts.com
