Following a star-studded VIP event during the Las Vegas Formula 1 Grand Prix, LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas opened its doors to the public on Monday, Nov. 27. Actress Kate Beckinsale glittered in a green Genny gown at the soiree, held on Friday, Nov. 17, where she rubbed elbows with Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary, model Denir Randoncic and musician Niia Bertino.

Founded in London in 2007, LPM Restaurant & Bar is no stranger to the glitterati as its nine internationally acclaimed locations draw the elite to Dubai, Miami, Hong Kong and beyond. Now, Las Vegans can share in the spotlight at the Cote d’Azur-inspired eatery’s latest outpost at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Located on level three of the Boulevard Tower, the space pays homage to the French Riviera from the moment guests arrive. Flower-festooned decor, French shutters and walls awash in murals depicting France’s mythology, cuisine and history by artist Sanja Kovacevic provide a sense of place.

“Joie de vivre— this unbridled enjoyment of life—is at the core of every intricate detail at LPM, making Las Vegas a natural fit for us,” shares LPM CEO Nicolas Budzynski. “Our aim with every dish we serve is to create delicately intense and memorable flavors guests cannot find elsewhere.”
Those inspired flavors include snails doused in garlic butter and parsley, warm prawns dressed in olive oil and lemon juice, salt-baked sea bass paired with artichokes and tomatoes, and marinated lamb cutlets complemented by olive and aubergine caviar with pine nuts. To sweeten the night, don’t miss the classic vanilla creme brulee.

On the cocktail side, spirited libations draw inspiration from French artist Jean Cocteau. The must-try is the Tomatini, a sip described as “the essence of LPM in a martini glass,” according to the menu. A generous selection of globally sourced wines—highlighted by the French Riviera’s precious rosé—and cocktails round out the thoughtfully curated beverage options.

“From every dish we serve to every wine we pour, we look for a special way to connect with each guest,” adds Budzynski. “It is an incredible moment to see LPM in the bright lights of Las Vegas at The Cosmopolitan, a world-famous destination that shares our belief in celebrating life in unique and unforgettable ways.”
