With a name like Louis XIII Vuitton, this young Frenchie has a flair for the finer things.
Louis XIII Vuitton wears a custom tuxedo designed by STITCHED for this shoot.
He enjoys a well-tailored suit, a luxurious dip in the pool and is no stranger to the suite life. Oh, and he’s got a fondness for Louis Vuitton accessories. After all, it only makes sense the French bulldog Louis XIII Vuitton is a regular at his namesake boutique—though we don’t expect he’ll be sipping his namesake cognac any time soon.
The 10-month-old pup has amassed a lush lifestyle after a chance conversation with close friend and 2018 Daytona 500 champion Austin Dillon (who is the dad of Louis’ sister Gucci) led his parents to his photo and breeder. “It was love at first sight,” says Louis’ mom, Charly Mapes. She and fiance Eamon Springall, founder of menswear boutique STITCHED, sent for Louis immediately. Accompanied by a personal chaperone, Louis flew first class on Delta. He spent his first week in Vegas relaxing in a suite at The Cosmopolitan and popping into STITCHED to mingle with Vegas’ most stylish peeps.
When he isn’t visiting fashion insiders, Louis enjoys a pampering routine at his posh home in Summerlin. His love of fruits and veggies often has him munching on a bowl of freshly cut pineapple or watermelon while he lounges by the pool. Occasionally he’ll enjoy a nice cut of filet mignon with his family during dinner, but when he’s craving something sweet it’s straight to Starbucks for a Puppuccino. The decadent whipped cream served in an espresso cup is one of his favorite treats after a long photo shoot.
As his parents build his Instagram following, photo shoots are becoming more common, though Louis doesn’t mind. Once the cameras shut off, he’ll slip out of his custom tuxedo into his Louis Vuitton collar before heading home to check on his latest splurge—an expansive, multiroom doghouse complete with a private patio that is currently under construction. After all, a pup of his caliber deserves a plush pad to match.
