After more than 20 years, we felt this was the right time to venture into new markets as an independent firm.”
The newly renovated Downtown Summerlin office is a 6,200-square-foot modern dream. The street-level site and sole non-retail space is located at 2130 Park Centre Drive, Suite 120 and is set to open in late October.
“We are refreshing our brand with a real estate office that also operates as a community hub for our agents and clients,” says Sher. "Our dedicated event space is not a typical feature of the average real estate office and it offers us a stunning venue to host community gatherings, events for our clients, our fundraising events for local charities and more.”
An invitation-only grand opening event takes place on November 17 for clients, agents and brand partners to celebrate. Wolfgang Puck provides the food while guests dance and mingle over the tasty plates and live music.
