Las Vegas Dining Group Events Connect Chefs And Food Enthusiasts

The Las Vegas dining scene is diverse and flooded with so many different dishes and restaurants to try. Tasting Collective supper club has created a fun and social way for members to experience various dishes and eateries. Las Vegas makes for Tasting Collective's 12th state connecting dining enthusiasts with chefs.

This membership-based supper club organizes group tasting experiences where chefs can present their dishes to their guests while informing their audience of the inspiration behind the dishes, their culinary journey and their restaurant(s). Those passionate about food socialize and meet new friends who share the same passion. With Tasting Collective events five courses are served to leave guests satisfied.

This month, Ada's Wine Bar welcomes Tasting Collective guests to learn from chef Jackson Stamper and his experience of 20 years in the food and beverage business. Learn more about his take on culinary practices and what he values most when it comes to food.

The menu for the Ada's Wine Bar event will include Peaches & Prosciutto dressed with tahini, chile oil and mint as the first course and an arugula salad featuring pickled fennel and pecorino cheese drizzled with a lemon and honey vinaigrette as the second course.

The third course includes bay scallops with roasted cherry tomatoes and corn puree while the fourth course is a Creekstone skirt steak with a spicy jam made with piquillo peppers and charred sweet peppers. Lastly for dessert, a summer trifle with a yogurt mousse and lemon curd sprinkled with oats will be served for a sweet and tangy finish.

Members can enjoy social dining events hosted by Tasting Collective in 11 other states and enjoy discounts on food delivery services and gift boxes, cooking classes and courses and more. Chefs can enjoy getting unbiased feedback from Tasting Collective members on the dishes served through anonymous surveys and enjoy connecting with guests over their mutual interests.
