For the Las Vegas' best, chef concierge Jeanne Mills is the finest filter.

When it comes to navigating the Las Vegas landscape, there’s no guidebook that can come close to Mills of Aria Resort & Casino (aria.mgmresorts.com). Her father was a bell captain at the iconic Dunes Hotel, so her hospitality roots run deep.She kicked off her 33-year career at the Mirage when it opened in 1989 and never looked back.

From getting her guests into sold-out shows to arranging marriage proposals, the chef concierge’s responsibilities require superhuman resources. She once flew to London on a whirlwind trip to return a precious ring that was accidentally left behind by a hotel guest.
