Her father was a bell captain at the iconic Dunes Hotel, so her hospitality roots run deep.She kicked off her 33-year career at the Mirage when it opened in 1989 and never looked back.
From getting her guests into sold-out shows to arranging marriage proposals, the chef concierge’s responsibilities require superhuman resources. She once flew to London on a whirlwind trip to return a precious ring that was accidentally left behind by a hotel guest.
Beyond having the keys to one of the most glamorous cities on Earth, what does she consider the best part of her job?
