Inspired by familial adoration and classic New York style preparation, Lola’s Burgers is a special eatery defined by a crave-worthy burger. Oliver Wharton, partner in Proper Eats and founder of A Perfect Bite, names the restaurant after his daughter, Lola.
Shalom Y’all features Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients. Signature menu items such as beef Nazareth kebabs, shawarma spiced cauliflower, grilled lamb and the Shalom Plate, a dish filled with tahini, hummus, falafel and labneh accompanied by crisp pita, satisfy even the most critical connoisseur.
Classic Italian pizza craftsmanship inspired Pizzaoki by Steve Aoki. The Grammy-nominated artist, producer and DJ presents his big-city-certified pizzaria. Proper Eats by Clique Hospitality features a collection of exclusive imports found only in Las Vegas.
