The New American Homes (TNAH) of 2013 for Las Vegas was built and designed by Gardner as was The New American Remodel (TNAR) of 2019. His experience with designing and building homes for said shows and associations continues to expand as he and his team prepare and advance their plans and builds for 2023 IBS.
"We are thrilled to once again partner with NAHB in this exciting project. The 2023 home will feature a modern, yet bold design that [incorporates] some of the industry's top trends in residential architecture," Gardner expresses.
TNAH 2023 is titled Byron Bay and will be built in Ascaya, a luxury community located on 19 Rockstream Drive. TNAH is intended to encapsulate new and best practices within the industry, showcase the most cutting-edge products in the construction and residential design fields and display innovative design with the most up-to-date construction techniques.
With 7,575 square feet, the two-story home includes five bedrooms, over six bathrooms and a spacious four car garage. The poolside courtyard features fire elements and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen. The home has been designed as energy efficient as possible as Gardner is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
TNAH 2023 Byron Bay is designed to achieve the Energy Star, National Green Building Standard of Emerald, Indoor Airplus and DOE Zero Energy Ready Home certifications. The home Gardner and his team create is set not only to impress on an aesthetic level, but to actually supersede a net-zero status by creating an excess of clean energy. TNAH 2023 Byron Bay will be showcased in January 2023 at the 40th annual International Builders' Show.
