By: Haley Bosselman By: Haley Bosselman | August 24, 2021 | Home & Real Estate

The Ivan Sher Group has listed the highest priced Southern Nevada home in a decade.

Hitting the market for $32.5 million, the 14,207-square-foot home is part of the Seven Hills luxury community, just seven miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

“There is no exaggeration when describing the sights from this home,” said Ivan Sher, principal of the Ivan Sher Group and the property listing agent. “It quite possibly has some of the most exceptional Strip views in the city. The estate is elevated over the golf course, allowing for completely unobstructed and panoramic views of the city lights below.”

The three-story estate includes four bedrooms, nine baths and three climate-controlled garages with enough space to accommodate for an RV or up to a dozen cars. It also features a centerpiece glass elevator and a car lift that brings the resident's vehicle directly to the second-floor owner’s suite.

Entertainment room featuring pool table and shuffleboard.

“There was so much thought put into this home, from the technological amenities throughout, miniature golf course, rock climbing gym, basketball court and ice cream machine to its unique casino-inspired man cave with a wet bar, pool table, professional Texas Hold’em table, shuffleboard and air hockey table,” Sher added. Don’t forget the wine cellar, rock climbing wall, dog spa, fitness room and the outdoor kitchen’s teppanyaki table.

The property is enhanced by residential technology from Las Vegas smart home automation company Eagle Sentry, which can be seen through its 32-camera security system, 13 integrated motorized door systems , 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor tiling, 32 video displays and high-fidelity music distribution. Harnessing its inherent strength as a desert residency, the house is largely powered by 300 solar panels.

Each bedroom has a private ensuite bath and fireplace, but the owner’s suite really stands out with its own deck illuminated by ceiling heaters, heated flooring, spa and outdoor fireplace. Even from the inside, residents will feel the night sky is just a hand stretch away with its retractable skylight. Cementing that the owner’s suite is arguably the best room in the house, it also has a walk-in closet, private laundry room, spa-style bathroom, a 53-steam head shower, an outdoor shower and spa area.
