Dimetri Hogan is passionate about creating experiences. He is egoless, despite his official title being Chief Marketing Officer, he spends most nights in his restaurants checking on guests to ensure they are beyond satisfied with their entire evening. Hogan goes above and beyond his daily responsibilities of marketing, and so, we like to call him a vibe curator.
Traveling the world and capturing it’s beauty through his camera lens has given Dimetri a unique eye for ambiance. His arts background aids him in cultivating experiences in his restaurants. Hogan is only 27-years-old, yet he has already mastered the art of creating a vibe by making his guests feel like they are in another country.
The Little Prince is a playful rework of a Parisian bistro and Babu Ji is an Indian fusion restaurant. Both restaurants have been touched by Dimetri’s creative hand and Forbes noted that in Babu Ji, “the modern Indian food is only half the fun.” This quote embodies Hogan’s mindset, that it’s more than food. Hogan’s marketing strategy strives to leave each guest with a one of-a-kind dining experience.
The newest addition to the group is a Greek restaurant, Lola Taverna. Dimetri has been a part of this project from its construction and even traveled to Mykonos to make sure his creative direction was perfect. And it is… guests who visit this restaurant claim they forget they’re in New York City— the place literally feels and looks like a Greek island. Learn more at (lolataverna.com).
This is only the beginning of Dimetri’s journey and we are excited to follow him as he makes the world a more beautiful place.
