Chef Martin Yan, the James Beard Award Winner and star of Yan Can Cook, is coming to the Horshoe Las Vegas.
His first Vegas endeavor, M.Y. Asia will celebrate flavors from China, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand. The expansive menu will offer many traditional favorites and innovative, fresh interpretations of the cuisine from across the Asian continent. Every dish will have the best quality seasonal ingredients to help elevate all of the flavors with the freshest taste possible. A holistic dining experience, M.Y. Asia is set to present mouthwaterish dishes and memorable moments.
Yan's unique culinary style is loved around the world. His 3,500 episode-show and 30-plus cookbooks have helped teach millions worldwide how to cook and gained him a loyal following. In his newest venture, Yan will use these same techniques that everyone knows and loves to bring authentic Asian cuisine to the Horeshoe, which is in the process of rebranding from its predecessor Bally's.
“It is a pleasure and an honor at ATM-Yan to help bring our friend and partner iconic Chef Martin Yan and his team to Horseshoe Las Vegas,” said Adam Odegard, managing partner at ATM Hospitality. “This exciting food and beverage experience will be the first of its kind, with Chef Martin Yan's special brand of ‘Yan-tertainment’ that has made him a favorite for decades.”
The 130-seat restaurant, masterfully designed by PGAL, allows guests to get a sneak peek inside the kitchen through the glass that separates them from the team preparing their meals. The ambiance of the spot is upbeat and welcoming and decorated with intricate murals and a range of complementary textures.
“Diners will not only discover and taste our amazing dishes but also our version of entertainment, making it an unforgettable experience,” Yan said.
However, if you do choose to opt for the contactless pick-up, the containers were inspired by the iconic Chinese takeout boxes.
M.Y. Asia will be located at 3645 S Las Vegas Blvd. 89109.
