Legendary New York restaurant, Carmine’s has officially landed on the Strip. Marking its sixth location nationwide, the 27,000-square-foot venue recently opened inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace.
Linguine with clam sauce, fried zucchini, chicken contadina, shrimp scampi, stuffed mushrooms, penne alla vodka, and oversized cocktails are only some of the mouthwatering choices listed on the extensive menu. Carmine’s ever-famous meatballs (six delicious oversized meatballs made of either veal or beef) are served over angel hair, linguine, penne, spaghetti, or rigatoni. To finish off, indulge in a sweet selection of chocolate bread pudding, chocolate cannolis, tiramisu, or the Titanic ice cream sundae.
