Blue Heron is where luxury and innovation meet to pioneer a modern housing market with new builds that bring homes to life. The design-centric development firm gained ample appreciation and attention for the conceptualization and execution of the firm’s largest project to date. The $25 million dollar home titled Vegas Modern 001 sprawls over 15,000 square feet and incorporates wide open spaces and natural materials including various woods and stones.
It was designed with the intent to blur the line between the surrounding nature, the distinct city lights and the interior of the home by utilizing undetectable glass walls that provide clear views of the strip and the desert. A work of art and simultaneously a functional living space seems to be a common theme in Blue Heron homes.
