According to a 2018 annual report by SalesTraq, a residential real estate research and analysis provider based in Las Vegas, two neighborhoods on the westside led the charge in median home sales price jumps. The 89138 zip code, which is home to Pulte Homes’ Red Rock Canyon-adjacent Reverence, and 89135, where The Summit, The Ridges and Red Rock Country Club all fall under the same postal area, have both increased their home values since the previous year. Overall, the median price of new homes is 9.8 percent higher and resale homes rose to 14.4 percent from 2017.
