Las Vegas may be the entertainment capital of the world, but it's also the city of foodie dreams.
Sin City hosts top-tier restaurants representing talents and flavors from the best cities in the country and the world. Some of the most decorated and recognized star chefs have opened at least one restaurant on or off the Strip. Italian food, fancy steakhouses, sweet desserts, worldwide cuisine, and Michelin-star talent is located within the palm of your hands.
With the overwhelming number of options, it's nice to have a guide to help you hone in on the perfect menu from breakfast through lunch and dinner. We scoured the Internet and found some truly trust-worthy Instagram accounts to help you out during your stay. Here are our five favorite food influencers to follow in Las Vegas.

This account is your classic food Instagram, posting scrumptious photos of mouthwatering dishes pretty much daily. Here, you’ll find a variety of places to dig in, whether you're craving something sweet or savory. Some of the posts also include short reels of account owner Cindy eating all of her delicious foodie finds so you can be sure it tastes as good as it looks. If you’re looking for restaurants you know you and your friends or family will love, this account should be your go-to.
Instagram's Jon “JT” T uses the hashtag #EatLikeAVegasLocal to promote his account, so this Instagram is for anyone who wants to escape the typical, popular-name resorts on the Strip and head instead to some local restaurants and eats not many tourists know about. Options range from brunch and booze to dinner or dessert, so you won’t be missing out on anything. The account runner is also a TikTok star, so you’ll find short clips on the reels page showing just how all these delicious dishes are made!
@BestFoodFeed is a widely-known account with pages in most major cities, so we already know this IG is vetted. The best part of @bestfoodlasvegas are the highlights, categorized into different foods so you can easily choose based on what you’re craving each day. If you’re the kind of person that needs a neatly-organized list, this account has a link to the Best Food Feed website, which contains a written-out list of featured restaurants.
The Las Vegas Food Goddess is extra informative, because the account contains information on hours of operation or must-order menus from the restaurant. The account runner occasionally travels to other cities, so make sure to filter out which restaurants are in Vegas and which aren’t. On the feed, you’ll find short reviews of restaurants ranging from Chinese food to dimsum, pasta, sushi and dessert.
This Instagram account contains the perfect balance between on- and off-Strip restaurants. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience, this feed should be your first guide. If you’re looking for delicious desserts and a fun brunch, this account is also one of the most helpful. The account consists mostly of reels or short videos, but the feed features close-up pics of the food, so you’ll see the best of both worlds: how the dishes are made as well as what you’ll get at the restaurant.
