Art, music and performance intersect to create the unique culture and atmosphere at AREA15. The new head of entertainment, Noah Kessler is no novice to the entertainment and music industry. He worked for years as a talent buyer for C3 Presents just before the company’s acquisition by Live Nation. Thereafter Kessler spent 2.5 years running events for Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, NM and has now brought his talent and experience to boost AREA15 events to new heights.

The Neon Dream party showcases a variety of talent and art as a full venue experience on May 28th, 2022 for Memorial Day weekend. The whole campus activation is the first of many full site takeover events. “We stacked the line ups with 4-6 artists on each stage. We themed out the entire space to be very colorful and dreamy. We wanted to create a whole separate world within the space,” Kessler shares.
The stage locations are described by the venue as follows, "The Portal, AREA15’s 360-degree 3D projection-mapped room, outside is the A-Lot, AREA15’s outdoor event space, and beneath the glow of Oddwood’s neon tree." Attendees have options to explore between the stages, roaming performing arts acts, food and drinks and all of the visuals! The venue aims to host a full site take over party roughly once a month, kicking off with the Neon Dream event.
“We really want to be a safe place for everyone to express themselves and to come together to connect with one another,” Kessler speaks on his main intentions with AREA15. The venue’s music bookings reflect a diverse selection from different genres including DJs, bands and solo acts as well. With a strong focus on wildly talented music acts that may not be known to all, guests can expect quality and elements of surprise. Neon attire is encouraged!
Additional interactive and engaging events centered around wellness programs, food and beverage programs and artist curated events add to the variety the Vegas establishment offers. Mixology parties, immersive movie nights and sneaker designing events are also part of the array of experiences to be had at AREA15. Diversified programming with a focus on highly immersive experience driven events is the crux of the venue's entertainment mission.

DSPs, social media platforms, Spotify and Apple Music metrics are valuable tools when selecting which types of talent to book and events to organize, Kessler notes. Touring history and past ticket sales are also telling in regards to predicted success and attendance. Kessler also implements feedback from the community, his coworkers and his peers.
“AREA15 is the playground you always wanted as a kid…It represents the world’s first purpose built entertainment district offering live events, distinctive attractions and unique details,” Noah Kessler exclaims. Neon Dream is the first of many full site activations to take place at the venue that is described as, “the intersection of music, art and performance.”
