Vu at MacDonald Highlands has the opportunity to own a custom online campaign on the Vegas website featuring strategic and targeted digital assets. The program will serve to generate awareness around Vu at MacDonald Highlands among our engaged online audience, while simultaneously driving traffic to the brand's website and generating high quality leads for Christopher Homes.

PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY

Program Overview

Modern Luxury will work in consultation with Vu at MacDonald Highlands to create and promote engaging online content. The program will run for 3 months and will consist of the following:

Sponsored Content

Modern Luxury will produce custom content relating to Vu at MacDonald Highlands. Our online editors will work closely with your team to develop topics that are in line with your marketing goals and objectives. Possible topics could include (but are not limited to): 

- Vegas with Views Worth Instagramming 
- Where to Buy Your Next Home in Vegas 
- First-Time Buying Tips for Millennial Home Owners in Vegas

Each content piece will include a custom call to action to drive readers to the Vu at MacDonald Highlands website.

Modern Luxury will also produce a custom landing page related to Vu at MacDonald Highlands. This custom page will feature video content, lifestlye promotion, property information, and custom signup links promoting the development.

ROS Advertising

Vegas will provide Vu at MacDonald Highlands, utilizing 970x90 large leaderboard, 300x250 medium rectangle, 300x600 half page, and 728x90 interstitial (with 468x60 and 320x50 mobile versions).

Ad units will run across each channel of the Vegas website and can incorporate rich media. All units will be hyperlinked to the Vu at MacDonald Highlands website to drive traffic.

Dedicated Email Blasts

Vu at MacDonald Highlands will receive dedicated e-blasts sent to Vegas magazine's high-quality opt-in email subscribers. Our lists are verified by Claritas to have 20% of subscribers with incomes >$1MM. All dedicated e-blasts have optional a/b subject line testing, as well as unique send times per individual suscriber (based upon time of day that subscriber is most likely to open email) to ensure maximum open rates. 

Monthly e-Newsletter Promotion

Each month, Vegas deploys an editorial email newsletter with timely and relevant content for the market. Vu at MacDonald Highlands will receive a promotional edit piece in the September, October, and November newsletters. Promo edit can promote select sponsored content pieces or general brand awareness for Vu at MacDonald Highlands.

Social Media Promotion

Vegas will promote Vu at MacDonald Highlands sponsored content pieces to our engaged followers via our dedicated Facebook, Instagram and Twitter social media channels.
