On March 28th, the most influential members of the Asian community came together for an intimate dinner party at Mott 32 Las Vegas located in The Palazzo.
The party enjoyed Mott 32's most popular cocktails: Hanami, House of Gold and Joe's Elixir. The exquisite meal included signature 36-month acorn fed barbecue pluma Ilberico pork, signature smoked black cod, crispy triple cooked wagyu beef short rib, and apple wood roasted 42 days peking duck “signature Mott 32 cut”. The evening concluded with sweetened beancurd cream, mango soup, pomelo or bamboo green forest and a lovely parting gift, compliments of Mott 32 Las Vegas.
