Vegas magazine and Rémy Martin teamed up to invite an elite group of friends and supporters to Brezza at Resorts World Las Vegas to enjoy an exclusive dinner party. Guests gathered in a private dining room – decorated with florals by Sun City Summerlin Florist–at the newly opened Italian restaurant to enjoy an evening of flowing cocktails, fine wines and exquisite cuisine. THE PEOPLE VEGAS Publisher Kim Armenta, Rémy Cointreau gastronomic specialist Anthony Carideo and Brezza partner and Vice President Jason Rocheleau welcomed the well-heeled crowd to the fabulous fete. The guest list included real estate powerhouse Kristen Routh-Silberman, architect Richard Luke, professional BMX rider Ricardo Laguna, model, actor and dancer Sarah Sutter, and business executive Bruce Morelan, among others. THE PINNACLE While the chance to enjoy libations featuring Rémy Martin delighted imbibers, the family-style meal–curated by Brezza chef Nicole Brisson, a James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef: Southwest in 2020–truly made the night sparkle. Highlights included Tuscan beef tartare, rigatoni Bolognese, whole branzino and Heritage Farms veal chop, with Cointreau panna cotta to finish.
