Created by chefs from Nobu Miami, salmon and ikura with yuzu jalapeno miso will be presented during the hand-passed cocktail portion of the Nobu United event.
The sushi course for Nobu United will feature salt-cured tuna, lemon-cured salmon with truffle, ika with karasumi, and a "special big roll" collectively created and presented by sushi chefs from Nobu Caesars Palace, Nobu Hard Rock, Nobu Lanai, and Matsuhisa Aspen.

This Wednesday, October 9, world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa is bringing together 28 chefs from across his eponymous restaurant empire to Nobu Restaurant and Lounge Caesars Palace to prepare a seven-course omakase tasting menu for Nobu United: A Culinary Celebration, a one-night-only event.
The meal will make culinary history as Nobu chefs from all over the country converge in Caesars Palace for this collaborative dinner. Each dish is the result of a multi-chef collaboration. Chefs representing Nobu restaurants in Malibu, San Diego, Los Angeles, Dallas, Miami, New York, Lanai, and Waikiki, as well as Nobu Caesars Palace and Nobu Hard Rock in Las Vegas, Nobu Next Door, Nobu Fifty Seven, Matsuhisa Vail, and Matsuhisa Aspen have been working in partnership for months to perfect each dish.
