The Galleria at Sunset mall celebrated its 16th anniversary with a gala featuring professional dancer and Dancing with the Stars season 14 winner Peta Murgatroyd. Radio personality JC Fernandez hosted the event attended by Henderson Mayor Andy Hafen, Scott Muelrath of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, Galleria’s general manager Nathaniel Centeno, and hundreds of community members. Attendees sang “Happy Birthday” as silver glitter and balloons cascaded down from the ceiling, while Murgatroyd, accompanied by the Green Valley High School band, rode through the mall in a pink Cadillac DeVille.
