Charity Register: Spring 2013
Six opportunities to give.

The nonprofit Las Vegas Business Academy honored Bill McBeath, president and COO of City Center, at its splashy Bash at the Beach fundraiser. The event included a cocktail and hors d’oeuvres reception, an exceptional dine-around provided by chefs from Tao, Lavo, Wicked Spoon, Mundo, and STK, and a live concert by Michael Franti & Spearhead. All proceeds from the night will assist financially challenged students pursuing a master’s degree in business, hospitality, or law through the LVBA scholarship program. McBeath was honored with the first-ever Griffin Award to recognize his educational and professional achievements.
