Like a beachside lobster shack, the fast-casual concept means shoppers can indulge in tasty, creative eats without having to commit to a long meal and finedining prices.
Conceptualized by the LEV Restaurant Group (the brains behind Palazzo’s popular I Love Burgers), Lobster ME takes the crustacean delicacy and makes it a luxury on the Strip that’s affordable both in price and time spent. With all the offerings on the menu, it’s estimated that the hot spot goes through nearly one ton of lobster per month
Using only Maine lobster sourced from Atlantic Coast waters, the flavor oozes from each menu item, like the creamy-crispy juxtaposition of the lobster grilled cheese sandwich with cream cheese, Brie and Gruyère, to New England clam chowder and the guiltiest new pleasure in town: “lobsicles,” fried lobster tail on a stick.
Lobster ME’s famous signature bite is its self-described “world’s best lobster roll,” with a secret herb blend, lemon, butter and mayonnaise. Other dishes include the lobster, eggs and tots and lobster and shrimp ceviche, plus shrimp cocktails, shooters and ubiquitous (lobster-free) cake pops. The specialty lobster ice cream is a must-try experience—the $80-per-gallon treat is actually flown in to Vegas all the way from Ben & Bill’s Chocolate Emporium in New England.
Appropriately, the lobster shack-in-a-mall is accented with real functional lobster traps and buoys, punctuated by nautical and rustic décor.
