Las Vegas Restaurant Week will return on August 27 through September 2, bringing with it the opportunity to dine on special prix-fixe menus at your favorite restaurants—and to help further a very worthy cause. From Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar to Central Michel Richard to Smith and Wollensky, participating eateries (around the Strip and suburbs) will serve three- to four-course menus (from $20.12), with a portion of proceeds benefiting Three Square Food Bank, which helps feed Southern Nevada’s hungry. Launched in 2007, Restaurant Week has become so popular that a spring run was added earlier this year. The event correlates with September’s Hunger Action Month, ahead of the Three Square’s annual DISH benefit on September 20 at Palms Pool & Bungalows.
