Dinner Plans: Spago and Celine Dion
Three courses at Spago and one heart-stopping show at The Colosseum.
June 29, 2012

Spago at Caesars Palace
What do you get when you combine a feisty Canadian songstress and Italian specialties by a celebrity chef? One chic night out, thanks to Spago’s new pre-theatre menu ($65 per person) for Celine ticket holders. The menu launched mid-June, just in time for Dion’s return to her resident headlining show after an unplanned hiatus.
Located steps away from The Colosseum, Spago is noted for its gourmet pizzas and lively bar, but this three-course prix fixe is particularly special—it’s only available on nights when Dion performs. First course options include Tuscan melon salad, gazpacho, or yellowfin tuna tartare cones, while entrée courses range from farmers’ market vegetable lasagna roulade to Scottish salmon to free-range chicken breast to prime flat iron steak. Finish with a honey lemon chamomile tart and then hurry off to the show. For reservations, call 702-369-6300
