The Light Group’s Lily Bar & Lounge flourished with an unforgettable grand opening bash complete with a surprise performance by sexy crooner Robin Thicke. Star sweeties Eliza Dushku and Rick Fox playfully posed with one of the many beautiful lily flowers adorning the space for the opening, where guests including Whitney Port, Glee’s Mark Salling, the Twilight series’ Billy Burke, and Vegas hometown hero Ne-Yo listened to the beats of DJ Alexandra Richards. Dushku and Fox hung out with Carly Chaikin and Parker Young, both of Suburgatory, before heading to The Bank Nightclub for the night’s after-party. The Voice judge Cee Lo Green also checked out the new lounge before his performance at Haze Nightclub.

Performing artist Dita Von Teese sure does, but instead of sipping on it, she dives right in – to her most famous burlesque act in a human-sized martini glass, complete with an olive sponge. The bombshell wasted no time bringing her glittering number to the glamorous new Hyde at Bellagio. Shortly after she stunned in this sheer black dress on the red carpet, she wowed the crowd with her sexy performance and barely-there rhinestone costume. It had been a little while since the vintage vixen performed in Las Vegas – the last time was in a guest stint at MGM Grand’s Crazy Horse Paris in 2010. But Vegas fans won’t have to wait so long this time: In May, she’s taking a full burlesque production on a Live Nation tour, with a Las Vegas stop on the map.

No one can say that Holly Madison and Peepshow costar Josh Strickland aren’t devoted to their fans! The Barbie and Ken of Vegas nightlife presented overjoyed YouTube blogger Nichole Lee an enormous cake for her 21st birthday at Planet Hollywood Resort’s Gallery Nightclub. The two ladies met on an episode of the performer’s hit reality television show on E!, Holly’s World, when the young fan won a glamorous makeover by Madison herself. After blowing out the candles, Lee helped the Las Vegas stars celebrate the release of the show’s first and second seasons on DVD, festivities that went on late into the night.

Foodies, listen up: The Barrymore is the newest hot spot on the block. This off-Strip gem can be found inside the recently renovated Royal Resort, the tiny hotel off Convention Center Drive. The Barrymore has been getting rave reviews for its creative eats, retro-meets-contemporary flair, and chic, intimate environment, and judging from the guest list at the grand opening, all the cool kids have been spreading the word. Thrown by owner and restaurateur Billy Richardson (famed for his other restaurants in town such as Holstein’s and LBS: A Burger Joint), the bash was nothing short of packed. More than 200 partygoers enjoyed wine, a signature cocktail made with Gentleman Jack whiskey, and bites by executive chef Anthony Meidenbauer, including steak tartare, fois gras, baby grilled octopus, diver scallops, and arancini. From the stylish bar to the stunning Strip-side outdoor patio, throngs of socialites, VIPs, local celebrities, businessmen and women, and all-around beautiful people mingled and posed for photos to celebrate the landmark night.

It was a fight for top makeup maven at Blush’s Battle of the Brushes, hosted by Angel Porrino of Absinthe. Makeup artists from salons such as The Salon at Encore, Kim Vo Salon at The Mirage, The Spa and Salon at Aria, Square Colour Salon + Spa and Rio Spa and Salon all followed a cartoon time-machine theme completed within one hour. Judges, who included Rain Cosmetics’ Rain Andreani, crowned Maile B of Spa and Salon Vdara the night’s reigning cosmetic queen for her look, Poison Ivy in Sin City.
