The tasty, made-to-order artisan bread creations at Earl of Sandwich can now be found at the Palms. The founder of the popular sandwich shop, who is a direct descendent of the man who actually invented the sandwich, operates his franchises in a deal with Planet Hollywood International CEO Robert Earl; this is its second local location. The new eatery is the first of numerous additions to the Palms this year. The hotel-casino will roll out more restaurants and a new nightclub soon.

Joey Fatone, who’s enjoying his time in Vegas as a performer in Dancing With the Stars at Tropicana, and Peepshow headliner Holly Madison cut the ribbon on the new location and then indulged a chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. Also popular at Earl’s is the toasty smoked bacon, grilled chicken, and house-roasted Angus beef sandwich with aged Swiss cheese. Beyond that you’ll find everything from club sandwiches to tuna, American, BLT, and specialty creations, plus wraps, salads, soups, and desserts.
